    REALIMITEIT

Creazene has developed a comprehensive method to measure the sustainability, stability and continuity of organisations. We coined it: ‘Realimiteit Theory’ or the ‘Realimiteit Principle’.

Realimiteit means that we must to take into account that there is a natural limitation for the realisation of goals.

Desired goals can be achieved and be sustainable only when they exist and remain within the natural boundaries of functionality which are dependent on cognition, i.e. interaction with environment by a continuous exchange of information.

We are now able to predict if an organisation or ideology is stable and sustainable or not. This creates exciting new opportunities. Unstable or unsustainable practices can be phased out and replaced. We use the following two criteria to test Realimiteit:

a. Negative Interdependence: an economic or industrial goal; personal ambition or political ideology that can only be achieved if the protection of the environment, social cohesion, and human and non-human life are secondary objectives (dependent, unsustainable).

b. Positive Interdependence: an economic, industrial goal; personal ambition or political ideology can be achieved for everyone. Protection of the environment, social cohesion and human and non-human life are the principal, central and shared objectives (independent-sustainable).
